Provides treatment to those with opioid use disorder using opioid agonist treatment (OAT) and related services.
Phoenix Transformations Clinic assists anyone with a valid BC Health Card and who has struggled with their use of heroin, morphine, fentanyl, oxycodone or any form of opioid. Patients will be accepted if they wish to go onto opioid agonist therapy (OAT) with regular doses of either suboxone or methadone, or Sublocade (injectable once a month).
The goal is to treat both the craving and the behavioral element associated with opioid use. Dependence on other substances being abused in conjunction with opioids are also to be addressed in this recovery program. Please note, at this time Phoenix is not treating addictions to stimulants or alcohol as these addictions are addressed by other programs.
