Provides group support for families and their caregivers.
Offers a no-cost monthly online group consulting session for families and their caregivers for loved ones living with dementia. At this session, they can expect:
  • Emotional support, reassurance and validation;
  • Awareness to other helpful services;
  • Dementia education on specific topics when and as needed;
  • Common issues are discussed that may result in new ideas to help you cope better;
  • Peer support from other family caregivers
  • Once participants attend the sessions, they feel supported and recognize that they are not alone. They connect with others who are navigating similar journeys.

How it works: It starts with a free 20-minute phone or Zoom consultation (that often goes over) to help guide people in the right direction. Click here to book a free consultation.
