The RAAC offers:
- Assessment
- Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Methadone, or Slow Release Oral Morphine (SROM-Kadian)
- Treatment plan creation
- How to reduce harm to yourself and others
- Take Home Naloxone
- Referrals to social and peer support services
- Supportive transitions to community services and supports
If you are self-referring:
- Services for Opioid Use Disorder: walk-in at the clinic (1119 Pembroke Street, Victoria) between 9:00am - 12:00pm, Monday through Friday

Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) Navigation Link for Clients/Patients: This service link central access phone number will provide help for clients navigating Island Health services for substance use, harm reduction and mental health. People seeking these services can call 1-888-885-8824 to speak directly with a Service Link provider. (This is not a line for health professionals to initiate a referral).
