Ensuring no individual or family in the Cowichan Valley goes hungry, either physically, spiritually or emotionally, due to food insecurity.
Dining Room:
- Open for coffee and snacks Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 3:50 pm & Saturday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm.
- Hot or bagged lunches are available Monday to Friday from 11:00 am - 3:30 pm & Saturday 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
Sunday Sandwiches: Available on Sundays & Stat Holidays from 12:00 -1:00 pm.
Choice Hamper Shopping:
- Easy-carry hamper every 14 days for unhoused people.
- Saturday pickup by pre-order (call office to book)
- Call to register a day or 2 ahead preferred if possible
- No income qualification is necessary
- Bring a piece of government ID for each member in the family during the initial visit
- Monday to Friday 9:50 am - 12:30 pm by appointment or drop-in.
