Provides Social and Recreational Activities For Adult with Disabilities and Their Families/Caregivers.
A community-based program that supports adults by developing their personal goals that emphasize their strengths, areas of improvement and preferences. These goals often focus on areas such as leisure and recreation, health and wellness, communication, volunteerism, and life and employment skills development. The program also offers group activities specifically designed for adults with disabilities, encouraging community contribution.
