- Indigenous Homeless Outreach Program: Provides culturally appropriate services to urban Indigenous peoples and aims to link the chronic or absolutely homeless to housing. They directly engage with individuals who are homeless and provide linkages to housing, income assistance and other services. Rent supplements and support services are provided to assist in accessing housing and community-based services.
- Homeless Prevention Program: The Homeless Prevention Program is an initiative aimed at providing individuals in identified at-risk groups facing homelessness with portable rent supplements and support services to help them access rental housing in the private (non-subsidized) housing market. Rent supplements and support services are provided to assist in accessing housing and community based services.
- Homelessness Program: Provide support service for absolutely homeless, as well as services that will help to prevent an individual and/or families from becoming homeless. Hiiye’ yu Lelum offers breakfast, coffee and muffins, showers and laundry services throughout the week to those in need - view the online schedule or call for more information (250-748-2242).
