Parent and Child Activities - Ladysmith Family and Friends Resource Program

LaFF organizes parent and child activities in Ladysmith.
LaFF is a Family Centre for families and caregivers from Ladysmith and surrounding areas with children up to the age of 6 which provides inclusive, interactive opportunities for the development of children, families and community. Check out the calendar to view upcoming events and programs. Previous events have included:

LaFF Outside: This is a drop-in program held at the Play Space at Aggie Hall (1110-1st Ave, Ladysmith) from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM for children aged 0–6 and their caregivers, including parents, grandparents, relatives, and other guardians. The program offers an opportunity to connect with other families and LaFF facilitators, build community, engage in play-based activities, and access LaFF’s free clothing exchange and food pantry.

Food Pantry/Clothing Exchange Access ONLY: The food pantry and clothing exchange will be accessible outside the side kitchen door for you to visit at Aggie Hall (1110-1st Ave, Ladysmith) between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM.

Becoming a LaFF member requires payment of membership dues in the amount of $4. This fee confers membership for a five-year (5) term, renewable at any time. Membership is open to any individual 14 years of age or older from the public and does not limit non-members from utilizing all LaFF programming resources.
