Provides motivation and support for anyone ages 55 and older that wants to become more active.
Choose to Move: A free, evidence-based program that helps adults aged 55+ become more physically active, socially connected, and confident in their health. Participants work one-on-one with a trained activity coach to create a personalized activity plan based on their interests, abilities, and goals. Through group meetings and peer support, participants build healthy habits, stay motivated, and learn strategies to support long-term wellness and active living.

Choose to Move is available both in-person and online.

Choose to Move: Replacement Ready: A free, virtual 3-month program designed for adults awaiting hip or knee replacement surgery due to osteoarthritis. Participants work with trained activity coaches to create personalized activity plans, take part in supportive group sessions, and complete guided home exercises to improve strength, mobility, confidence, and overall well-being before surgery. The program also provides education, peer support, and strategies to help participants stay active, manage symptoms, and prepare for recovery.
