Adult Day Programs - Island Health Community Health Services (CHS)

Provided by Island Health

Assists seniors and adults with disabilities to continue to live in their own homes by providing supportive group programs and health services that assist with daily activities of living.
Adult Day Programs provide structured, community-based group programs for adults who live at home and would benefit from social connection, supervised activities, caregiver respite, or support to maintain function and independence.
Services vary by location and may include meals and snacks, social and recreational activities, and gentle exercise. Some sites offer community bathing programs. Please note: A daily rate up to a maximum of $10 supports cost of meals and program supplies. Transportation may also be available.
