Online Family Support Groups provide a safe virtual space for parents/family members who are concerned about a loved-one’s substance use. Family members can discuss practical strategies, find support and share resources and information.
These groups are facilitated by a parent with lived experience and a Level 1 Certification in the Invitation to Change (ITC) Approach. This approach uses the principles of Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
