Body Peace Canada is a free online resource for anyone 14+ in Canada, no referral or diagnosis needed. Body Peace can help with individuals dealing with an eating disorder, or concerned with their relationship with food, exercise or body.
Peer Support Groups are welcoming, pro-recovery spaces to share strategies and challenges in a supportive environment. These virtual groups are facilitated by trained Peer Mentors. Register once and join anytime.
Current peer support groups available include:
- 40+ Group: Open to adults ages 40 years of age or older. Every Tuesday 7:00 PM EST.
- Trans+ Group: Open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Every Wednesday 7:00 PM EST.
- Adult Group: Open to anyone 18 years or older. Every Thursday at 6:00 PM EST.
- Binge Eating Group: Open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Every Wednesday 7:00 PM EST.
- Coloring the Conversation: Open to those from BIPOC communities. Last Tuesday of every month 7:00PM EST.
- Fueled & Flourishing: Peer-led virtual 'meet & eat' support time. Every Thursday 5:30 PM EST.
One-on-One Mentoring (Ages 14+): Request a mentor to be matched with a trained peer mentor for one-on-one support. Meeting frequency and support focus can be determined collaboratively.
