Learn why immunization and vaccines are important throughout your life, how to check if you and you’re your children are up to date for all recommended immunizations, and how & where to book an immunization appointment.
Public Health Units provide publicly funded immunizations and many other supports and services for all ages, and for individuals living on- and off-reserve. Contact your local public health unit if you require additional immunizations based on certain health conditions.

Publicly Funded (free) vaccines are available through:
  • Public Health Centres
  • Family physicians
  • Nurse practitioners
  • Certified pharmacists

  • To discuss vaccine eligibility or to book an appointment, speak with a primary care provider or contact a local public health unit.
