Offers a point of contact & connection for family and friends who are caregiving for, or as, an older adult in the community.
Caregivers Connect program offers a point of contact & connection for those who are caregiving for, or as, an older adult in the community. The caregiver connect program Invites Older Adults or Seniors (55+) who are, or are caring for a Family member or friend. Program Services include:
  • One-to-One Support
  • Support Groups & Circles of care
  • Memory Buddy - a Dementia initiative & Respite (more information below)
  • Connection to Community Services (Info & Resources)
  • Workshops & Education
  • Wellness Activities

Caregivers interested in participating in the program can fill in the intake form.


The Memory Buddy Program: A Dementia Initiative that is a program service within the Caregiver Connector program. The Memory Buddy program pairs trained volunteers with individuals living with dementia or memory loss for one-on-one visits each week. Whether it's a walk, a program, or a heartfelt chat, this is a chance to connect, share stories, and offer caregiver respite in a dementia-friendly way. Flexible, compassionate, and supported by staff. Referral required.
