Addictions / Substance Use and Mental Health - Adult & Senior

- Screening and assessment: Intake provides a timely, single point of entry
- Referrals to the most appropriate service, team or community resource for each individual
- Connection to Mental Health and Substance use Services such as counselling, opioid agonist therapy (OAT), residential treatment and withdrawal management.
- Available for individuals aged 19+ years old who are living in the Port Alberni area
- Individuals can self-refer in-person by walking in Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM to meeting with the intake team
- Individuals can also self-refer by calling 250-731-1311 to start the intake process
- Referrals are accepted from individuals, clinicians, community agencies, and health and social services professionals
