Provides rehabilitation services support and education for people during and after cancer treatments.
InspireHealth focuses on the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of individuals during their cancer journey. The clinical team offers care tailored to each person's unique priorities and goals. And enhance health and well-being by equipping individuals and their loved ones with the knowledge, tools, and support needed during this challenging time.
All services are FREE of charge. No doctor referral is required.

Classes & Programs Include:
- Exercise & Movement: Classes are designed to support your strength and mobility needs during and after treatment. From Restorative Yoga and Strength & Stretch to Qi Gong and Cardi
- Nutrition & Cooking: Offers weekly interactive nutrition workshops and cooking classes to discover how to make nourishing foods part of your everyday
- Cancer Education: Offers educational sessions on important topics in cancer care such as lymphedema, sexual health, post-surgery rehabilitation, and more.
- Multi-Session Programs: Multi-session programs include 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress-Reduction, 4-week LIFE Beyond Cancer, and InspireHealth's signature 2-day LIFE Program.
- Stress Reduction & Counselling: Offers self-care workshops that support mental and emotional health.

InspireHealth Services & Programs
- Private 60-minute session with a Supportive Care Physician, Clinical Counsellor, Registered Dietitian or Exercise Therapist.
