Free counselling and support services for youth aged 13–18 in the Cowichan Valley, available in-office and via mobile outreach.
This program provides free, confidential, trauma-informed counselling support for youth facing challenges such as anger, anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, and more. For those feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or out of control, trained counsellors are available to listen, provide support, and help navigate emotions and experiences.
Take the first step by calling 250-748-0232, by sending a message on Facebook or Instagram, or dropping by the office at 294 Coronation Avenue.
Once the initial contact is made, an intake counsellor will follow up to arrange an intake appointment. After the intake appointment, and while a counsellor is being assigned, the team will stay in contact to check on wellbeing and provide updates on additional opportunities for support, such as art and hiking groups or special events.
