For young adults aged 19-30 living in Cranbrook, Creston, Golden, Fernie, Kimberley, Elkford and Sparwood. Services may include:
- Bridging youth and adult mental health services
- Care coordination & referrals
- Linking community services with hospital
- Community education
- Treatment for first episode psychosis (including psychosis NOS, psychosis NYD, Bipolar, Schizoaffective, & Schizophrenia)
- Support & Recovery Services
Anyone can refer including self-referral.
After Hours 24 hours a day call Regional Mental Health Crisis Line at no charge 1-888-353-2273. This number is provided to clients if they are experiencing increased symptoms outside of office hours. The crisis line provides clients with any emotional support needed and connects clients to various resources in the community including 911.
