- Bizarre/Uncharacteristic Behaviours
- Acute distress related to other psychiatric conditions
- Aggression/Conduct problems with children
- Post Traumatic Stress
- Severely debilitating Anxiety
Locations Served: The program serves southern Vancouver Island as far as Sooke/Port Renfrew, the South Malahat, and the Peninsula, and provides phone consultation to the Gulf Islands. There is an emergency mental health team on Salt Spring Island which is accessible through IMCRT.
Children, youth, and families can access this service by calling the Vancouver Island Crisis Line.
Physicians and other mental health professionals may access the team directly through a confidential pager number.
